MENSTRUAL CYCLE POLICY

If your menstrual cycle has arrived at the time of your appointment, you will still be accommodated. Please arrive 5 minutes early to freshen up and apply a new tampon. Tampons are NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you refuse to wear one, you will be refused service and asked to reschedule your appointment.

PREPARING FOR YOUR WAX

Make sure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long ( grain of rice )
Exfoliate the area for a few days prior to your service. This will help take away the top layer of dead skin cells, so the hair can be removed easier.
If you are able to, take a warm shower or bath before your service to help open the pores.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of your appointment if possible.
Wear loose clothing for your service.
Take ibuprofen or any other pain killer 30 minutes prior to your service.
Communication is KEY with your Wax Specialist. It is our job to get you through your first waxing experience with as minimal discomfort as possible. If there is anything we can do to help make it a more pleasant experience, please do not hesitate to speak up.
