Welcome to Shameka’s Artistry Limited. To ensure a seamless experience and maintain our high standards of service, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies outlined below. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Appointment & Cancellation
Booking:- Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Cancellation/Reschedule:- Notice Required: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, it must be done within 7 days of your original appointment date. After this period, a re-booking fee of $3,000 will be applied in addition to the service or treatment cost.
- Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, payment is non-refundable. The client must book a new appointment with full payment for the desired treatment or service.
- Contact Methods: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made via email or WhatsApp. Social media direct messages (DMs) are not accepted for these requests.
- No Call No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable, and you will be blocked from booking future services.
Late Arrivals:- Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointments to ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled service.
- Tardiness: Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a late fee of $3,000, and 10 minutes will be deducted from your service time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a "no show," and you must re-book within 30 days from the original booking date. Re-booking within this period will incur an additional $3,000 charge. Repeated lateness (more than 3 times) may result in a refusal of service, with no refund for previous appointments.
Health and Safety
Medical Conditions:- Clients must disclose any health concerns, allergies, or pre-existing conditions before treatments to ensure a safe and tailored experience.
Sanitization:- We adhere to rigorous hygiene standards, regularly sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean environment for your well-being.
Treatment Guidelines
Consultation:- Prior to certain treatments, a consultation will be conducted to assess your individual needs and address any questions or concerns.
Post-Treatment Care:- Clients will receive post-treatment care instructions to maximize the benefits and maintain results.
Privacy and Comfort
Confidentiality:- Client information is kept confidential. Our staff respects your privacy and will only discuss treatment details with you.
Comfort Level:- Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences regarding treatment pressure, temperature, or any discomfort to ensure a comfortable experience.
Device Usage:- If you are using a device during your visit, please use headphones or AirPods to avoid disturbing other clients and staff.
Eating Policy:- Eating is not permitted in the treatment areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Photography and Video:- No photos or videos are allowed to be taken within the premises without prior permission from management. This policy ensures the privacy and comfort of all clients and staff.
Professional Conduct
Respectful Environment:- We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
Professional Staff:- Our team consists of trained and certified professionals dedicated to delivering a high standard of service.
Children and Guests
Children:- For the safety and consideration of all clients, we request that children do not accompany clients during treatments.
Guests:- Limited accompanying guests are allowed in the waiting area, respecting the salon's capacity.
Payment and Gratuity
Payment:- Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including debit cards (accepted on the website only) and cash.
Gratuity:- Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory and can be given directly to the service provider in cash.
