This option is intended for clients who prefer a one-month support option rather than attending weekly in-person appointments.
First-Time Clients
A consultation is required before getting started. During your consultation, we will discuss your:

• Relevant health history
• Current medications
• Previous weight-management treatment, if applicable
• Questions or concerns
This allows us to determine the appropriate next step and whether additional medical clearance may be required.
