• Clients MUST present the Gustazo redemption code (printed or on mobile device), along with your ID, BEFORE the service is started. Services outside of the stated Gustazos promotion will attract an extra the regular price and are payable directly to Shameka’s Artistry

• Cancellation Policy:
  • No cancellations, however an alternate date and time can be arranged at the discretion of Shameka's Artistry.
  • Changes to reserved times or dates must be made within 48 hours of the reservation and are subject to availability.
• Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment forfeit their booking for that day. There will be a J$500 rebooking fee, to reschedule a new date/ time.
• Each service generally takes approximately 15 to 45 minutes.
• A tip about tips: Gustazos customers are the best customers - they tip generously on the pre-discount bill.

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Last client will be taken at 5:30 p.m.)
  • Shameka’s Artistry will be unavailable on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.
